Exchange Policy
Paw Paws wants you to be happy! Due to the handmade, custom nature of our products we offer an exchange only policy. If you need a different size or pattern, contact us and we will work with you to find a better option. Additional fees may apply if sizing changes. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer, but we will not charge you additional shipping fees to send the replacement item to you.
Paw Paws USA guarantees our products 100% against defects in construction. Normal wear and tear is excluded from this. We offer a repair service if your Paw Paws product becomes damaged - contact us to discuss procedure and fees.
Shipping
Paw Paws USA charges a flat shipping fee for US Domestic orders. We ship using USPS Priority or UPS Ground. If you need a specialty shipper or overnight please contact us.
For International customers, please contact us and we will set up shipping rates for your country.
