At Paw Paws USA, every item is handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail. Because many of our products are made to order or personalized, all sales are final.

We accept returns of unused, non-personalized merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date with prior authorization. Approved returns will receive store credit only.

To request a return authorization, please contact us at Info@PawPawsUSA.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store credit is valid for one (1) year from the date it is issued and is non-transferable.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Personalized, monogrammed, and custom-made items are created specifically for your pet and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun. Please review all personalization details, sizing, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Product Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every handcrafted item we make.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to inspect the item to determine the cause of the issue. If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, Paw Paws USA, at our sole discretion, will repair or replace the item with the same or a comparable product.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, chewing, improper care, or damage resulting from everyday use are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under this policy.

Because each item is handcrafted, slight variations in pattern placement, stitching, or hardware are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Paw Paws USA is not responsible for delays, losses, or deliveries made to an incorrect address due to information provided at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
