We will allow unused merchandise to be returned within 30 days from the purchase date with prior authorization for store credit only.

Please email us at Info@pawpawsusa.com and we will provide the authorization.  We will not charge shipping on your exchange. 

Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

Paw Paws cannot be responsible for wear and tear damage, if you have a problem with your merchandise, we reserve the right to determine the origin and if it is so determined to be a manufacturer defect, we may choose to repair the damage or provide a replacement.
